Admin with limited access

VitalPBX 3.1.2-1

We are trying to create an admin user that can access all tenants but with limited permissions.

So we created a new user profile and selected the permissions we like this user to have. Then we created a new user, selected the profile and added all tenants.

The problem is, that tenants created after this user was created do not automatically show up under this account. We have to manually come back every time and add the new tenants to the list.

However, I see that if we create a user that is linked to the Super Administrator profile and we add the main tenant, then all tenants get automatically added.

What am I missing?

There’s no option to allow new tenants for not super-admin users.
