There are a couple modules that could greatly benefit from a bulk import/handling option:
-Inbound Routes (DID, Description, Destination, MoH, Recording, Privacy)
-Endpoint Provisioning (Extension, MAC, Brand, Model, Template)
Additionally, there are a few fields that should be added to the existing bulk import/export for Extensions, as they are already present on bulk modification:
-CID on Diversion (caller/callee)
-MoH
I would like to suggest the following enhancements:
Bulk Import: Provide bulk import functionality for each module and fix the extension import issue. Currently, imported extensions must be manually opened, updated, and saved to receive incoming calls. Otherwise, they can make outgoing calls but appear unavailable to callers, despite being registered and reachable.
Bulk Modification: Add more options, such as enabling Dynamic routing for the Extensions, changing profiles, and enabling WebRTC.
Device-Level Bulk Management: Since device profile updates or WebRTC enablement may be device-level settings, consider adding a dedicated section to bulk modification that allows administrators to select and modify device-related options for multiple devices simultaneously.
These enhancements would significantly simplify administration, reduce manual work, and improve configuration consistency.
