Add blacklist (DNC) in Sonata Dialer

We have been using Sonata Dialer with some customers and although we had some issues initially with dropped calls and application stability, all issues have been resolved and customers seems to be happy with operation.

However, they all ask to implement the do-not-call list to the campaigns so they can at least upload the numbers that they do not want to be called again, or are faxes/modems/ or wrong (not existing) numbers.

To go a step further they are asking to have the possibility to define for how long a number cannot be called after called once (blacklist until ) or maybe the agents have the possibility to define a number as blacklist, so that number is directly added to the list, which list could be downloadable/editable/uploadable.

These are features already included in other competitive products, so it would be good to have it as soon as possible, as we have complains from customer and for some new leads the features above are considered as a must.
