Abandoned Calls "Date" Time vs "Call Events" time

Hi VitalPBX Team,

What should I adjust so that the “Date” time and the “Call Event” date are the same?

because there is a difference of 7 hours.



In the “report Settings” menu, I have set TimeZone “Asia/Bangkok” GMT+7


For that specific record the customer waited a minute before ending the call so both records can’t have the same time

The issue DateTime & DateTime detail different 7 hours
