4.x to 4.5 Web interface not working

After going through the 4.x to 4.5 upgrade process I cannot access the web interface. I just receive a 403. fail2ban client status is clean.

If necessary is it possible to uninstall VitalPBX and reinstall it on the upgraded debian12?

I created a new instance of 4.2 out of what I thought was going to be a 4.5 installation iso. Not sure why you list on the website as a 4.5. Ended up with the same problem. The script completes but has pretty much bricked the system. Do we know how long the 4.2 will be supported?
