Input route with specific did (international number) does not work

Hello, we have a sip trunk where the provider sends in international standard. in our case Brazil +551144441234

I created an inbound route informing the DID +551144441234 and directing to a specific extension.

but when I receive the call I get the error

when creating a route without informing the DID it works normally.

From the logs it looks like your provider is sending 1144441234 (without 55 or +55), try to set this as the DID.

when processing inside the bpx in the logo on some lines it appears without the + and in others with the +

Try to add 1144441234 again, then run asterisk -x"dialplan show 1144441234@incoming-calls" then test again and post the output here.

You should set up 1144441234 in your inbound routes and apply the changes.

so I can’t test the solution anymore.

now the providos is sending in the format 1144441234 and in these formats it is working normally thanks for the help
