Web/SSH Lockout after changing firewall config

Hey there,

I was playing with the firewall in the web GUI, created rules to allow traffic on 5038 port.
I can now connect my ADAT dialer using this port but it completely locked me out of SSH and Web GUI.

The only way to interact with my VitalPBX is from the serial port now, do you now of anyway to allow acess again ?
