I have install VitalPBX and Configure few extensions, but voice is not working. Anyone help me to correct that.

Yes, I have updated Nat settings with my public address, but still voice is not working
Did you restart Asterisk after making the changes?
You did not tell us if you are using Pjsip or SIP.
Check Pjsip Settings and SIP Settings.
For sip force comedia might me needed.
