# VitXi Pop Up Notifications Upgrade

We would like to request a couple of wishlist upgrades on the pop up notifications in the right bottom screen in the WebRTC.
1. that the pop up is clickable, so if a call is coming in, you can click that pop up and it opens the call
2. that the pop up shows for the entire duration of the call, not just the first couple of rings

Hi Maynor, yes, correct. That is the pop up we are referring to. HOwever, we are using Microsoft Edge, as we cannot get pop ups to work at all using Google Chrome.

Should this be clickable?
Why can we not get these pop ups with Chrome, only with Edge?

Yes, we are now using Chrome. Side pops and badge work perfectly for calls, but for chats, we now get no side pop and no badge.
