Most companies are using some form of Live Web Chat. VitalPBX themselves use Zoho SalesIQ:

VitXi is evolving nicely. Now’s a good time as any to get a web chat plug-in for it; something that could even integrate with the new Inboxes feature. Start with just getting a web chat in and out of VitXi with a site visitor, free and inclusive with VitXi licenses. Evolve into other enhancements such as auto responses, AI, call agent button (SIP call), etc. that require paid add-on licenses for another revenue stream.
