# Vitxi Extensions do not connect

Today, the phone extensions aren’t registering in Vitxi. I deleted and created a new extension as a test, and I configured it again in Vitxi, but it still isn’t registering. There are other extensions that do register normally in Vitxi. I updated the PBX to version 4.2.0-4, engine 18.26.0-, Vitxi 4.2.0-7. Everything was working fine a few days ago.
