We’re excited to announce the release of **VitXi 4.6.0** , one of our biggest updates to date — packed with performance, new modules, reliability improvements, and powerful communication features.

This update introduces our new **Inboxes module** , **WhatsApp and SMS messaging** , **2FA support** , UI enhancements, and major improvements to calling, analytics, and real-time performance.

## ✉ New Inboxes Module (Beta)

VitXi now includes a brand-new **Inboxes** section designed to centralize and streamline your omnichannel communication.

### 🎉 Supported channels (Beta)

The first beta includes support for:

- **WhatsApp Business**.
- **SMS**.
- Attachments (images, videos, documents).
- Conversation assignment: Agent Self-Assignment, Round Robin.
- Read receipts.
- Private notes.
- Real-time syncing.
- WhatsApp/Meta - Template messages
- Enhanced infinite scroll and anchor-based message loading.

We’re opening these features as **public beta** , and your feedback will be extremely valuable as we finalize the module before its general availability release.

- A **floating call window** that follows you while navigating through the app.
- Improved WebRTC device profile options.

Security just got stronger with native 2FA integration.  
Supported apps:
