does vitalpbx support the or have offline license activation?
or what If I activate the license and then disconnect the internet will it still work even if the server is restarted?
No, VitalPBX verifies automatically if your license continues activated/enabled. Without the internet, the system will automatically disable the license after the expiration date!
So even if i restart server and don’t connect internet after restart the license will keep on working without issue?
It will continue working until get expired!

branding and OpenVPN license are life time right only need to purchase once?
Right but starter license is better then branding. Starter has more features and includes branding.
i checked the website i dont see OpenVPN in it I need the OpenVPN and branding
Never said that openvpn is included in starter.
You need to buy openvpn.
I just said: better buy starter license since branding is already included. And more.
