Update and simplify end user portal

At the moment when we give access to a client to use the web portal - to get their voicemail they have to

My Voicemail

This confuses the client … why do they need to goto configure?

Shouldn’t they just log in and on the menu it has “My Extension” “My Voicemail” “Fax”
