Trying to use VitalPBX Mobile through firewalls

What does it take to get the mobile app to work when behind a firewall? Some firewalls it wont even register, others it’ll register but have no audio.

Only way I’ve ever been able to get the app to work is if I’m using straight Verizon internet on my Verizon phone.

My PBX is hosted on vultr and has a public ip assigned directly to it. The server gets it via DHCP though. It’s how vultr assigns public ips.

Maybe you have a NATting issue? Does a regular desk phone work on the same network?
