This update introduces DNC number management for regular campaigns, improves HTTPS port support, enhances API request handling, and fixes various translation and call handling issues.

4.0.2-2 (VitalPBX 4) | 4.5.0-3 (VitalPBX 4.5)

**New:**

- DNC Numbers (applies exclusively to regular campaigns):  

- Automatically skip pending contacts whose numbers have been added to the DNC list within the same tenant.

- Czech translation added.

**Improved:**

- Support for custom HTTPS ports.
- Increased timeout for VitalPBX API requests.

**Fixed:**

- Missing Korean translation strings.
- Inconsistent language persistence after changes.
- Disposition selection issue in the agent console.
- Call retry failure when the contact has only one number.
