Slow voicemail prompts

When checking for voicemail messages the voice prompts are slow (you have ---------- no ------messages) etc, compared to ver3

Distro Debian GNU/Linux 11 (bullseye)

VitalPBX 4.0.0-6
PHP Version 8.1.11

Update the Sound Prompts to the latest version and try again!
