When a new user is using a previously used extension, how do I reset the voicemail as new for that new user?
When setting the password same as the extension number, it should prompt the user to setup the mailbox.
Thank you. I have the Force Name and Force Greetings turned on in Voicemail Settings but for an existing extension and after setting the mailbox password to the mailbox number it only asks to change the password. It doesn’t go through the whole name and greetings setup like a new user. It’s seems to only do this for a newly created extension not for an extension that is going to get reused and set for a new user. It also doesn’t get rid of the existing messages.
