# Search for a phone number of a caller

Hello,

Is it possible to search in Sonata Stats for a phone number of a caller?

When you go to Call Reports \> By Queue, you can enter a the queue or agent name, but nothing returns when you enter a phone number.

It kinda defeats the purpose if Managers/Supervisors cannot easily find what happened to a call.

Hello,

There’s currently no support to filter results by caller on ingoing calls reports, I’ll talk with the rest of the team so maybe we can add this feature in a future update.
