Greetings,

I have 4 agents in 13 queues with wrap-up-time set to 20 seconds, but they all complain that the calls are coming in one after the other with no break time between calls.

 ![Queue2](https://forums.vitalpbx.org/uploads/default/original/1X/ec0e9bc2656d3ab0d8d1c043894c2bffdbabc37a.jpeg)
Is there a setting that would prevent wrap-up time from working?

Thanks!
-Greg

If you use wrap up time and you want to honor it across all queues, then it must be enabled. I’m not sure if VitalPBX does that by default.

Try creating a custom file “_ **/etc/asterisk/vitalpbx/queues\_\_15-general-custom.conf** _” and add the content below.

```bash
[general](+)
shared_lastcall=yes
```

Save the file and apply a core reload.

```bash
asterisk -rx"core reload"
```

If the above doesn’t work, the edit the file “_ **/etc/asterisk/vitalpbx/queues\_\_10-general.conf** _.” Again, you have to reload Asterisk after modifying this file.

OK, I will try that.

Editing “_ **/etc/asterisk/vitalpbx/queues\_\_10-general.conf** _ .” works.

</div>

It will eventually get overwritten by the PBX.
