Push Notification Doesn't Work

There can be various reasons why Push Notification is not working on VitalPBX Mobile iOS and Android. Therefore, we ask you to follow the following instructions to ensure proper operation.
1.- Create a device for each VitalPBX Mobile.
2.- Never use the same account that you are using for the Desktop Phone to register VitalPBX Mobile.
3.- Never register the same account on two Mobiles or on Ipad and Mobile at the same time. Doing so runs the risk that it will only ring one when you receive an incoming call.
4.- Remember that the VitalPBX Mobile profile is PJSip Default.
5.- It is also necessary to add the port range “3500-3501/TCP” in case of having an additional firewall in front of your PBX system.
