Problem with extensions and fail2ban(?)

Hi all,
the firewall blocks some extensions from outside the LAN. There is no IP address in the blacklist, however by disabling and subsequently re-enabling the firewall and the fail2ban service the extensions are registered.
Vitalpbx version 4 and installed on a cloud machine.
