# Problem when whispering through the SonataSuite Switchboard

I’m having this problem  
When an agent is talking to a client, I want to connect to it via SonataSuite Switchboard and start whispering, when I connect to it the agent hears something like:  
to record press 1 to delete press 2…

Can you please tell me how to disable this?
