Please how do I access API for updating Trunks & Outbound Routes

Good day team;

I have Played around with vitalPBX and really like to switch my all my clients to vitalpbx.

But having this one main issue; API can’t be use to update Existing Trunks and outbound routes.

Please is there a way to achieve this using post man collection API;
if I buy a licence?

Trunks can only be read:

Outbound is read only

I need help on how to update the above via API

Currently, VitalPBX doesn’t provide endpoints for updating, deleting, or creating items in modules!
