PJSIP transport

Hi all,
Would it be possible to modify settings and have custom transport that one can then choose in the trunk configuration? I would like to add some parameters (like network) but doing it directly on the file pjsip__20-transport.conf seems not a good idea to me, or is it?

EDIT: To specify this better, I know I can create a new pjsip transport but when it binds to the same address (0.0.0.0) it cannot be created because the default one is there (which is not visible to modify)

The Default transports get the configurations from the PJSIP settings. Nonetheless, you cannot add custom parameters there.
