Greetings, I have a customer that’s asked me to setup multiple personal assistant greetings that are pre recorded. Where is the file location for the personal greeting stored so that I can upload this greeting, or if you have any other way to do this other than *94, please let me know. Thanks.
I’ve found this by looking at the log. The location of the file pamsg.wav is located in:
/var/spool/asterisk/{tenantprovisioningfolder}/pa/{extension}
