MultiTenant Call Issues

I have set up VitalPBX version 3.
I am able to make calls and receive calls with no issues on the main tenant.
As soon as I create a new tenant and try to make calls to or from the main tenant phones it gives me this message “your DID number is” and just repeats the number back to me. This happens every time after I make a second tenant on the system.

When I got and delete the tenant I had created then all my calls start working again on the main tenant.

I am not sure if this is a bug, if my configuration on the new tenant is not correct, or if I have something else not set right.

It sounds like you forgot configuring your inbound routes under the Tenant. Additionally, you have to define the list of DID under the Calls Routing tab of your tenant.
