Internal calls "blocked" audio message

Hi there,

This is probably a schoolboy error, but I am building a tenant, and I can make external calls with full two-way audio and can receive calls with two-way audio with absolutely no issues. However, when any extension calls another extension with the tenant, and an audio message plays and says “Blocked” then the call hangs up?

this has really thrown me, as I have not encountered this before, does anyone have any advice?

A call log should help to know what’s happening under the hood.


Thank you Miguel, that tip was perfect to nudge me in the right direction. And, how interesting! I had to enable the private option for the Class of service for the tenant. Good to know for future builds :wink:
