Where did you find this version? It is not released yet. Or do you have a RC version?
It’s a Community Release (CR) version
Just checked on multiple installs:
“There are no available updates”
Version 3.1.4 is unreleased. Nonetheless, it is available in the CR repo. It could be said that it is on testing.
