# FAX SEND API not working with URL

hi,

FAX SEND API is not working with url error

like this

url is perpect (Full URL where the PDF to be sent is located at.)

but, it sucess file is own vitalpbx located.

sorry, it is from DNS settings.

check your dns setting on vitalpbx.
