Hello,
External call recording stops after attended transfer (on Fanvil phone for example).
Incoming Call: If external call recording is enabled and someone answers the call and then does a attended transfer of this call to another internal extension this will result in the ongoing call (which was then transfered) not beeing recorded anymore.
Recording every internal call is not enabled and is not wished to be enabled.
Will you find a way to sort this?
