Extension not registered

Hi friends, I installed vitalpbx in vps server my extension not registered, getting 408 request time out please help me

Could be a couple of things.
Your IP is banned. Either the PBX or the SIP endpoint is behind NAT and the NAT router isn’t configured properly. Asterisk is not listening on that port etc etc etc

In the asterisk console run: pjsip set logger on try to register, post the output to pastebin and share the link here.

What protocol are you using? SIP or PJSIP?

If you are using SIP, you should add port 5062 in front of your server IP or domain. Depending on the phone brand and model, the phone might have a specific field to define the port or not.
