Endpoint Manager (EPM) Missing

Hi everyone,

I am quite new to VitalPBX, from what I have read on the Wiki for Endpoint Manager (EPM) you get the add-on and then start creating templates etc. I have downloaded the add-on for EPM, I have updated VitalPBX to the latest version, yet I do not have the EPM under Settings. Is there maybe something I’m doing wrong or is there something that I’m missing and should do before I will have the EPM visible? FYI I updated to the latest software post downloading the add-on for EPM. Any help would be appreciated.

Try to refresh the Bowser after installation.

But i would advice you to use “Phones Provisioning” (Addon). Since EPM ist EOL.
After Installation and refresh of the browser you will find it here:

I can see the provisioning there, do you have a how to document or something that I can refer to for some clarity or assistance?

I have already done provisioning to a Yealink T46U and a W52P so I know how it works now, thanks for the above.
