E-mail On Missed Call

Is there a way to send an e-mail notification when a call in a call queue is missed?

For example, customer calls and hangs up when forwarded to voicemail after timeout in the call queue. Can an e-mail be sent if they just hang up either in that call queue or when they hit voicemail?

Timeout via a own custom context possible.

Missed call on queue you must check the database for missed ones.
