Delay audio SNOM IP PHONES

Hi Friends

I have VITALPBX running, we have IP phones GRANDSTERAM, SNOM 3xx, SNOM 8xx.
When the SNOM’s users dial to a extension and receive automatic messages like the extension called isn’t able to attend, the firsts seconds can’t be listened I mean the first words were lost. The others phones haven’t issues.
