Has anyone run into a situation where when transferring a call, the ring time is too short? When transferring a call from one extension to another, it will ring for exactly 10 seconds before going to that extension’s voicemail despite the ring time on the extension being set to 30 seconds.
VOIP > Extensions > Advanced > Ring time ( select desire time(s), Default is 100s )
