Call between the Extensions not working

Dear Team,
I have installed vitalPBX & Sonata Billing. I have created 2 extensions. Extensions are registered successfully using Zoiper in mobile but I am unable to call between the extensions. I am also attaching the screeshot for the reference.

Please help in this regard.

Are you getting any errors? Can you please share a call trace via passtebin.com?
