# Add BLF feature in VitXi like in physical phones and VitalPBX Communicator

Hi,
I would like request BLF feature in VitXi like we have in physical phones and VitalPBX Communicator.
We are replacing all the physical phones to VitXi but this featrure are not available there.

VitXi already has the BLF feature. It automatically subscribes to the presence of the extensions when you enter the user list of a group, when you enter the contact lists or when you enter the chat list.

Or do you mean adding them to the BLF manually instead of automatically?

For example, when accessing the list of contacts or the list of users in a group, a subscription to their presence is automatically performed.

I guess would be good to add static BLF panel that would always stay open on right, so those BLF extensions are available even during active call.
This gives you ability to do quicker call transfer (click on BLF) or check availability of extension
Another great upgrade would be context menu from each BLF extension to do features like whisper in, call pickup etc…

Are you referring to adding multiple contacts to your Vitxi user with the BLF option enabled?

yeah and automatically and in the mobile app as well as the desktop app
I see an option to add manually but is there any possibility for automatically?
in webRTC extensions automatically appear in the group tab if they are in the same group.I want to monitor the status of no webrtc extensions as well so want these to be added in the BLF automatically.

Support replied, then we can have some hope 🙂
_We are working on improving this behavior so that the administrators can easily create shared phonebooks between vitxi users or groups. You can assign vitalpbx phonebooks to each user, but currently, those phonebooks do not subscribe to blf._
