Please make a button to take a user directly to a Dial Pad. Currently, the user has to know to go and choose Calls (call history) to see a dialpad. Not intuitive at all. Put a dialpad button in the header and in the left menu, always at the ready.
While you’re at it might as well give it some juice, such as a DND button, a Conference button, Headset button, custom programmable BLFs and speed dials. You know, like an actual phone.
