I’ve noticed that when you log in to a hot desking device and you hang up while the PBX is playing the “Your extension was successfully added” message, your extension won’t actually be added to the device, upon checking the dialplan, it appears that it will only add the extension if HD_CONFIRMED is yes (exten: h context: sub-hot-desking), and this variable is being set after playback (exten: s context: sub-hot-desking-assign-extension), please fix this as people tend to hang up when they hear a confirmation and not waiting for the system to hang up on them,
